It is argued by some people that going to cinema is not essential because we can see the movies on our smart mobile devices, while others disagree and opine that watching films in a cinema, considering fullest enjoyment, can offer. I agree with the former point of view.
Some people say that cinema attracts people because of its big screen, surrounded sound, and dark room. It creates a captivating experience that is difficult to recreate at home. Movies in smaller screens, a lack of the surrounded sound system on smartphones, do not let people enjoy all their best. While watching the film in a theater, exposed to the air on a bigger screen with its dim lights and harsh audience gives them an image sense. For example, movies like Spider-Man were enjoyed by many people in theater only. It happened because the audience in cinema got themselves fully involved in the story and enjoyed them as if everything were happening in front of them. Considering their non-comparable facilities, many people prefer to go to the cinema rather than watch a film on their mobile device.
Others, myself included, are of the opinion that watching films on smart devices are understandably a convenient and time-saving mode for us, with the ability to multitask in such as eating or talking on the phone while also watching a film. We have the flexibility to manage our time in a way that works best for us. We can access any films according to our preference. All that we need are smart devices. Services like Netflix, for instance, and connected to the Internet, for instance, smart devices, streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime offer a larger selection of films for a monthly subscription fee, which can be more cost-effective than pursuing cinematic tickets
In conclusion, instead of offering an overall unique atmosphere, a cinema doesn’t attract me much because it’s restricted to a specific schedule and costs a lot, compared to streaming services on smartphones and tablets, where I can select from a wide range of genres and enjoy at my convenience.
