Nowadays amount of the spending time in social media platforms has been increasing rapidly.While some individuals think using the social media influencing the people effectively and the others supporting that the social media have various negative effect on the people.This essay argues that both opinion.

There is no doubt ,any individual using social media actively.However as you use social media you going to compare yourself with the other users.By adressing that the social media users tend to be share only amused moment in their lifes.For example Vacation memories,luxury entertainments.That leading to questioning own lifes and comparing with the others.Furthermore,Whenever you use social media you may effect negatively from approval problems and being needy for liked due to dopamin addiction.When some people like the post or stories they will take attention from by the others.Thats may leading to oversharing own lifes to being liked user.Further to that social media changing public beauty standarts rapidly.For example the individual who spending time in social media platform tend to be perfect as a appearance due to the other user only shares the faultless part of their body.

On the other hand Although the negative effects there is a positive effects on using social media.For example There is no limitation to explore earth as before.The whole individuals may reach the other people on the earth with just one click.That leading to making new friends all over the world with no effort.Moreover the users can reach the community who having a same interest or hobbies.That contributing for the people feeling less lonely.In addition thanks to social media we may gain profit with related own professional such as cooking accounts,Gym accounts etc.

To sum up Although the whole positive sides about social media ı belive that the social media have more negative sides rather than positive sides.By addressing that the social media will ruin own dopamin stable and leading to feel not adequate own bodies or own lifes.
