There is a view that regular physical exercises are the most effective recipe for being healthy. While this statement could be true to a certain degree, I think there are some justifiable arguments to disagree with it.
On hte one hand, daily exercise is the best way of keeping fit. The main reason is that nowadays, since many people work in sitting position, it is important to do physical training regularly. This is because, exercising helps blood circulation to work well, strengthen muscles, heart, bones and support weight control. Beyond that, it also has a positive impact on mental health. This, in turn, reduce stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression. Thus, daily exercises are useful for both physically and mentally well-being.
On the other hand, there are other essential factors like balanced diet or nutritious food. Without proper nutritions, the body cannot function effectively, in spite of how much ones exercise. For instance, if we do sport regularly like running or jogging, but do not obey eating habits, it is useless. Eating necessary nutrients supports the immun system and prevent deseases. Moreover, adequat sleep and hydration is also plays pivotal role. While sleeping not only body but whole internal organism can have a rest. Similarly, drinking enough water is crucial for digestion and brain function as well.
To sum up, while daily exercise is a poerful tool for improving health, it should not be seen as the only factor. A balanced lifestyle that includes healthy eating, sufficient rest is equally essential for keeping fit and healthy.
