The recent study of road transport authority shows that, Accidents done by teenagers are far more higher than others. People believe that road safety is directly depends on age limit whilst others think that there are many alternatives to improve road safety. The essay agree that immature driving of youngsters are the main suspect of accidents. In this essay we will discuss both points of view.

It is clear that mobile phones are wide spread among the youth also the the use of these gadget while driving is also common, this leads to accidents every day. Multi tasking is very difficult to human, using phone while driving reduce the disition taking power of our brain, if any thing happens suddnly such as vehicle in front of you make a unexpected stop leads to an accident. Secondly, The overspeed and disobeying traffic rules are mostly done by elder people because they use sports car to race in the middle of roads to show off their skill to others it takes other innocent travellers life. However, participation of seniors in racing are also evident but the numbers are relativly very small.

Moreover, There are many ways to reduce accidents by building good road infrastructure, placing traffic boards, reducing speed limits in busy areas and in curves etc. Many governments around the world impose huge fines against traffic violations. One of the main income of the Dubai government is fines from traffic violations. This helps to reduce accidents in the street also but it is not a permanent solution.

To conclude, the main reason behind the accidents is because of unskilled driving practices of young licence holders. To reduce these accidents, increasing the minimum age to obtain a driving licence is a good solution.
