It is argued that government should financially support retired employees while others think they should care for himself. I agree with the statement that government should financially help the people who retired after their retirement.

There are a number of reason why I believe that retired person must have financial help after their retirement because they when someone retired they do not have enough energy to do a new job which in private and at that age people actually do not take mental pressure. That is why they are unable to work with full of energy and mentally unstable. Furthermore, after retirement they actually want to have their own house in city site. So, that is one of the reason for their retirement financial support.

furthermore, At that age they are not well capable to work, most of the time they had help issues for that reason they are not well enough to have this stress. Another thing is their daily life expenses. Whereas they are unemployed it is simple to understand that they do not have enough money to survive in the society, If they get a certain amount at their retirement so that they can enjoy their rest of the life.

In conclusion, considering the factors discuss above, I believe government should financially help their retired employees so that they can survive their life in a good way.
