Elder people need help from environment because they tend to be ill or get slower. Many people consider responsibility to elder is government’s problem while other believe that family members must look after their elders. In my essay, I am going to discuss both views and I show you which side is best for elder.
When people get older there are many reasons to go to nursing home. For example, when elder people stay without any care. Maybe their children busy with work or with their own children. Then government comes to help. They give a food, home, care to elder. Government create a environment in which they can enjoy a leisure time such as chess club, knitting club. They will be crowded with people who has same age as them. It is really essential for not being lonely.
However, family members are have a big responsibility for their parents, grandparents. It is about humanity. Moral things are more important than the materialistic things. Parents give us a birth which is the biggest present ever. We need to be careful to eldest members of our family. They can help us with their advice because they are more experienced in life. In my opinion, we need to create a kind environment in which every elder person has their own home, good quality of life. And when you get older, then we can have a brilliant time together with our family too. Its is really hard to elder people when they are far from their children. We must respect elder and give all the best, make them happy.
Elder people have a great value in our life. If someone has a problem, we need to solve it all people together. Government have to pay attention to elder and has a responsibility to each of them. Even though we need not forget that elder people are treasure of each family.
