In addition to this, I think that parents and guardians are more responsible than the government to look over their kids, as the government can only stop them by censoring the websites, while the parents can insure their children’s safety by restricting their access to the internet and reporting any such incident that occurs to the police. Considering all these factors, I believe that parents should ensure their children’s safety, while the government should take these vital actions to censor these websites to some extent, so they are not available to the public so openly.
