A little section of society reckon that to become a perfect tutor someone needs to obtain teaching experience whereas, other surmise that it can be developed automatically. In my perspective, I am favor of format notion. however both the view points will be discussed in subsequent paragraphs
Commencing with, there are numerous reasons that a teacher should have a teaching experience. First and foremost one is if the teacher has a good experience to deal with their students then they will be able to learn straightforwardly and would be able to understand what is taught in the class. Secondly, well trained teachers will be able to handle the situation easily because they have experienced with that things. Therefore, teacher should have knowledge to handle the teacher.
On the other hand, some people believe that a teacher can handle everything by classroom experience as, if a teacher will face distinct children then definitely teacher will become familiar with that things and would be able to handle the children. for example, a survey was conducted in the USA found that 80% of their school teacher gain their knowledge that how to deal with situation after enrolling school. Thus, that is how they can learn how to guide children.
To conclude, in my opinion, although teachers training is mandatory to educate children as it is hard to educate children without training yet it can be learn after facing children’s behaviour
