Nowadays, the general consensus is that university students must focus on employment skill beside the academic studies. Therefore, there are plethora benifits of achiving workplace skills for instance, juveniles will not suffer from getting jobs due to the fact that they already have the experience of the workplace so it will be easier to get a job. Moreover, they will lead a easier Life because they have worked hard on this and gained a lot of experience that might make them confident in their work. Additionally, they also use their skills to get high income salary. As a result, student may have several benfits in future while focusing on workplace skills.
On the other hand, there are also myriad peoples who thinks that learners should concerntrate on academic study only. However, gaining knowledge on academic studies is very essential part of every learners but besides that we must achive some skills to. If we focus only on academic studies we can learn several things but cannot develop our skills because we will be focusing on gaining knowledge only but not for skills. It will create a big impact on students future on the grounds that there will be a lack of intelligence for doing any work and youngsters will fall in a very big danger.
