These days voluntary activity is a prevasive in university. Some people argue that all university students have to do voluntary work in order to improve the social community. It can be develop student’s communication, whereas I strongly believe that it is not must obligation for every students.
There are have several benefits to work as voluntary in university. First of all, it helps growth as a holistic person, improve communication skills, problem solving and also cooperation skills. For instance, you learn how to behave in a group and how to be sociable with others. Another key point is aid, people who need a help with financial problem. For example, today many children suffer some diseases, low income family they don’t have enough money to do surgery. In this case such as voluntary work can help to collect money them, they open charity fund and then declare the information about the patient.
But I think it is not compulsory student’s work. Each individuals have own perspectives and some students don’t prefer it, because of the enough time and they have main subjects at university. They study major lesson, since need their future profession. It can be more important than voluntary activities. Meanwhile they have important exams such as mathematics or history’s govenrment exams, so i think they should focus on the main subject seriously. It takes a lot time that’s why not all university students do not need todo this activity.
In conclusion, there are have both positive and negative affect on the students. It can be develop student’s problem solving skills, while it take a lot time to do it.
