Many people think that voluntary should be mandatory part of high school programs.I completely agree with this view because unpaid community service builds sense of responsibility and it will be beneficial for students if high schools should add charity programs in their study curriculum.
The reason why I agree with this topic is it allows teenagers to gain the necessary life experience. In addition, a students can get new skills and bond, which can help them in the future. In general, the student who has good ambition is volunteer, so one can make new friends who can enhance your career. For instance, many successful businessmen made their business connections when working in the charity. Finally, the voluntary create empathy in the minds of students. Because students can see people who live in poverty.
However, the students will lose academic focus if they spend time for charity. Therefore, many students don’t want to volunteer. Furthermore, the students can be forced service and engaged in other activities than studies. Specifically, they cannot spread their time to many fields. This means that students think only about their study.
