People have varied thoughts that there should be equal amount of salary for both who work physically hard and where needs high-level qualifications. In my opinion, pay should be vary on the work or qualifications.
The first reason is that qualified people spent much money on the education, as they seek for better future with large amount of salary package. If everyone’s get the same amount of pay then there is no meaning for them to do education of that level. Individuals spend money and efforts due to high-level of paid amount.
Another reason is the impact of demand and supply labour in the market. If everyone have degrees such as Doctor, Engineer, and accountant. Then their demand in the market would be low, which impact on the labour cost. Every person get the same amount of money. Therefore, these days people who are highly educated they are more valuable, and money they received according to their profession.
In my opinion, pay amount should be depend on the profession. As, people invest money and time on their life to get the good amount of money. However, if a person did nothing in his life and doing the job for example a sweeper, that does not deserve the same amount of cash as compared to other professions such as doctor or engineer.
In conclusion, while physical labour deserves the fair amount of money according to their work ability and difficulty but giving same as high-level qualification is not worth.
