It is argued by some people that, it is convenient for the workers, to do work at home with the use of modern inventions, but not for the employers. I completely disagree that, employees of any organizations receive benefits, by save their money and time.
There are several reasons how they receive revenue by doing home office. Firstly, work at home diminish transportation cost, and also they save time from traffic conjunction. As a consequences, employees who work at home don’t need to pay extra money for above mentioned. Moreover, in urban area traffic are so heavy, these people have no tenction about this.
Secondly, office at home offer employees can enjoy some quality time with their friends and families. They often have time, so that they can share their feelings with their lovest and dearest one. Hence, if any employees feel sick, they will receive company from family.
However, there are some drawback at home jobs. They can not avoid network buffering issue, and as a result they lose to ability to join the session. Furthermore, Home officer often receive low salaries rather than other.
To sum up, Although there are some serious detrimental here, while, I consider employees take advantage of time and money.
