Some people are concerned that working from home is beneficial for employees, and others believe that it is advantageous for the employers too. In my opinion, advantages such a time saving, provision of less recommendation and vehicles for transportation outweigh the disadvantages.
The primary benefit of working at home is this kind of tasks save a lot of time. in other words, if any worker is doing a job at his own he/ she will be able to give time to there family members including the parents and children,which is initial specially for kids because it can attract their parents emotionally. Apart from that, giving time to kids helps them to grow and it keeps them physically and mentally healthy. Additionally, any individuals can do multiple job at there home which leads to both job satisfaction and earning a high salary.
For employers, the major benefit is that they can run their business even with less accommodation. In other words, things like multiple rooms, basic facilities such as tables, chairs and computers are not required.
There is however an obvious disadvantage is that employees may feel the sense of laziness. In other words, they may not do their task properly because there is no one to guide them. For instance, any individual may be unable to understand and feel the company’s goal and can run out of discipline. Hence, employees working at their own can however be disadvantageous.
In conclusion, although it leads people to feel the sense of laziness, it has many advantages such a time saving and less accommodation. Therefore, the advantages outweigh the drawbacks.
