nowdays trend of wroking remotely is getting popular since covid whereas others belive working if an office is morr beneficial in this essay i will discuss both views.

Firstly, working from home is time saving and convenient for everyone makes feasible, without having any time restrictions to get on time to work place. individuals can chill at home and feeling relaxed at home with comfortable enviornment. moreover, people are able to work more efficient comapred to working in office. for example, data shows poople worked impressivley better and by time of due dates compared to in office work.

on the other hand, working in office gives disciplined work with work enviornment, having all the enviornment without being distracted by comfort zone of home as they could give excellent performance. in addition, employees being watched by seniors and can make sure theyre completing work isntead of messing around. for example, google employees were interviewed and results shows majority chose google as they provide multiple facilities such as food zone, gaming centre, cinema and relaxing zone.

in conlcusion, having opportunity to work remotely is great benefit but as traditionally working in office is better compared to it with ethics and discpline of workplace
