It has often been a debatable matter whether working in competition or working in group is better behaviour. Some people believe that the feeling of competition at job, academy and in regular life is better whereas some others consider working in group is a sound behaviour. In this essay, I will do my upmost to examine the dual view and display my opinion regarding the notion.
To commence, working in competition at job schools and day to day basis enhances the personal quality of an individual making them even more encouraged towards their goal. In addition, it improves and uplifts the creativity and innovative capacity of an individual that will assist them to be precisely impeccable in their particular field. A good evidence of competition enhancing personal quality can be observed in a school where pupils compete and extend the margin of their marke even further whereas in a university without competition the situation remains stagnant.
Conversely, the opposing belief tends to focus on unity among workers and working together in group rather than competing on themselves. Working in unity possess of diverse benefits. It creates a bonding among students, employees and family which results in mitigation of any obstacles conveniently. Similarly, the productivity in each workplace will occur when people unite among each other in every difficulty. To give an example, the workers working at industry in loading department can easily lift unsurmountable load if he receives help from other workers.
In conclusion, competition in field of work, school and day to day life enhances the personal skills of an individual. Nevertheless, I believe that for overall success of any institution and solving insurmountable issues cooperation and unity is necessary.
