People tend to believe that women have a better leading skill than a men. On one hand, in regards with men, they never give a birth and preserve the live inside for 9 months. In contrast, during that 9 months, women connect and communicate to the baby while feeling all its growth. This natural process fosters their empathy and other feminine behaviors, as a result they have become individuals who are able to connect something in-depth and initiate the harmony. In which, I opine that this is the one of vital ability should have owned by a leader who are able to create the safer and more peaceful environment on earth. For instance, Angela Merkez, successful politic leader of Germany, she focused on developing the soft power than the hard power. As a result , now Germany considered as a main balancer of the politic game in Central Europe.
On the other hand, throughout the history women always been more characterized. Because of the fact that, they might be more likely to responsible for house holding and family well-beings from the beginning, they become more skilled for arranging the details and multi-tasking at the same time. In today’s interdisciplinary world, we need managers who good at handling those chaotic problems. For example, in my family, my mom are the one who always good at handling all academic and personal issues simultaneously than my dad.
