Some people think that people do not recycle enough waste at home. They say the government should make recycling a law. I partly agree with this idea.

First, laws can help. If recycling is a rule, people will do it because they are afraid of штраф. For example, if a person does not separate plastic and paper, he must pay money. Because of this, more people will recycle. Laws can change people’s actions.

However, I think laws are not enough. Some people do not recycle because they do not know why it is important. The government should give information about the environment. Schools can teach children to recycle. Also, there should be many recycling bins near houses. If there are no bins, people cannot recycle easily.

In my opinion, laws are useful, but education is also very important. People need to understand the problem. When people know why recycling is important, they will do it.

In conclusion, governments can make laws to increase recycling, but they should also educate people and make recycling easy.
