In the recent era, the car has become a major part of our life, without which we feel uncertain and incomplete.it is the one of the most useful invention in human history. In my point of view advantages of the car outstrip its disadvantages.
There are several benefits of the car, one of the main is that car given people the freedom of movement. to be more precise, a person can go any where in the short period of time with car without waiting for the bus or train. The ease of transport which a car bring is much more the any other form of transport. For instance, I use car in my daily routine I enable me to go to my work and even I can go out with my family.
In addition to this, another advantage is that automobile industry provide jobs to million of individuals all over the world such as people working a petrol stations, engineer and helpers at the automobile factory. Moreover, automobile industries also play crucial role in economy of country. For example, one of my relative is an automobile engineer at the Toyota manufacturing plant.
On the other side, drawbacks of cars cannot be overlooked. Pollution, traffic jams and accidents are major disadvantages of car. Moreover, over dependence on car can decline the practices such as cycling and walking which are healthy activities and can prevent obesity in people. As an example, my friend has recently died in the car accident which was very traumatic and sad for his family.
To put it in a nutshell, the positive impact of car on people lives and economy clearly outweigh the negative effects. However, we must drive car with responsibility and car and not overly rely on car so that we can minimize the demerits to some extents.
