Band 4+: some people enjoy change, and they look forward to new experiences. Others like their lives to stay the same, and they do not change their usual habits. Compare these two approaches to life. which approach do you prefer? Explain why.

Undoubtedly, people are divided into two categories. Those who fully into changes and those who don’t want to try something new.

Instead of fully differences of both views they both offers certain advantages, these opinions also present some drawbacks that warrant consideration.

One significant benefit of enjoying changes lies in the fact that this people are more flexible and resistant to face difficulties. To lean towards changings Individuals more easily adapt to a new place or team. Furthermore, unusual things can reduce mental disorder due to since of diversity and freedom, which cause the fullness of life and happy mood. However, adhering this lifestyle can also have determental effects. One major drawback is the to interrupt unfinished tasks. Frequently in the pursuits of new individuals leave things unfinished.

A completely opposite opinion on the contrary guarantees stability. Confidence in tomorrow is the main advantage of a stable life. Daily stability helps to overcome anxiety about the future, because one constantly lead the same plan. The absence of stress provides a sense of peace, security and comfort. However adhering the same things every day can also have negative affects. Firstly, engaging only old habits can cause depression. This happens when the body does not experience small stresses during learning new things and resisting. Sameness makes life feel unfulfilling, monotonos and boring.

In conclusion, despite both of two different views can be beneficial for stability or fullness, it’s essential to acknowledge potential drawbacks, such as interruption or anxiety. Healfy combination of there two extremes can lead to comfortable ballance in life.
