People are divided in their opinion regarding the allowanace of graffiti in the cities where somesomebody thinks that this is athe piece of art that should be represented to everyone while others are convinced that it needs to be banned. Even though,t most of the people dislike this kind of arts and mostly assocsiate it with the criminal activity, in my opinion, the art should be performed in any kinds following some restrictions.
The graffiti art firstly was assocsiated with the crime due to the fact that it was drawn illegally on a private facilities and buildings by gangsters. That was the reason why it was so hated among the peoples. However, the definition of this art can change by creating special clubs and communities that will teach the future artist on how to perform and what laws do we need to be followed to avoid any bans and restrictions from the local security departments or (enforcement agencies).
In some other cases, the artists may still violate some rules and regulations because they may like a flow of adrenaline that comes during the process of drawing when they might be caught. In such a cases there is no other options than to catch them up and try to improve them by punishments of local enforcement agencies like a local community works where they need to paint their paintings back to its former view. Despite their harmful engagement againts a locals they still need to be protected, the option that might work is just to provide them area that has the lowest control of police departments where they can paint as they want and put the labour workers that can paint it back in couple of hours
In conclusion, we can change the way to present this art to others by adding specific facilities that teaches on how to perform this art, but some cases will need the participation of local enforcement agencies to monitor the activities, I am convinced that people should enjoy the art in any form that it can be shown. This is a only art that have to be controlled
