There are 2 group of people with different ideas: 1 st group of people prefer working from home, while for second group of people offices are the best place to work effectively. In my opinion , however, it depends on individual’s behaviour due to some important reasons.
To start with 1 st group of people, there are several reasons why they prefer working from home. One of the reasons can be opportunity to save money. That’s to say, working from home prevents people from extra expenses such as using money for road or clothes. For instance, if people work from home they don’t need to pay for transports that are used to office or there is no need to extra expenses for buying uniform like suits for workplaces.
On the other hand, there are some people for whom working in the office is much more comfortable. From a societal perspective, there are several benefits if working in the offices. One of them is lack of distractions. What it means is that , tehre are usually a lot of disturbanses at home such as house chores, or background noises from households which bother people when they are working from home. However, there is no such inconvenience situations when they are in the office. Moreover, there is a chance of working with team. For example, people in the office usually work with their colleagues which is great opprtunity to work effectively by exchanging ideas and asking help when they need.
However, I personally think that the idea of where to work usually depends on people’s behaviour. What i mean is that is that , working at home is often comfortable for peopke who are introvert or shy , because they usually have problems with communication so they prefer working alone. And working in the offices is for individuals who are always full with energy and open , because they tend to work in the offices without problems like lack of communication which leads person to have conflicts with colleagues.
In conclusion, despite the diversity of ideas of people on whether to work from home or office, for me it depends on people’s behaviour.
