People have different opinions about whether students should study English with native educators or Vietnamese English educators. Some argue that learning with native educators is more beneficial for learners, while others believe that learning with Vietnamese English educators is better. In my opinion, I agree that students should learn English with Vietnamese educators. This essay will analyze some reasons for my view.
Learning with Vietnamese teachers brings some benefits to students. Firstly, Vietnamese teachers can explain complex concepts in the student’s native language. It helps students understand the grammar and vocabulary better, as they don’t have to worry about language barriers. For example, when learning difficult structures, Vietnamese teachers can explain clearly and give examples in Vietnamese, making the learning process more efficient. Secondly, Vietnamese teachers are more familiar with the Vietnamese education system and the challenges of students. They can design lessons to suit the learning styles of students, using methods and materials that are more relatable. For instance, Vietnamese teachers can combine cultural references and examples into the lessons, helping students remain in their memory. Additionally, students migh feel more comfortable and encourage a positive learning experience, helping students improve English skills.
To conclusion, while native teachers are helpful in some ways, but I believe that learning with Vietnamese teachers is better for students. They can support and help learners build a strong foundation in learning English.
