While somebodies argue that warm climate has better influence by abundant G3 vitamin, which has positive influence on people, others believe that cool climate is more advantageous for wide range of people with health problems. From my perspective, cool weather is more comfortable and is a better option to be chosen.
On the one hand, hot areas offer longer summer periods, when sun is shining at its brightest, ejecting waves of vitamin 3. Subsequently, people consuming enough of this vitamin can better overcome illnesses because G3 contributes to immune health’s active work. Moreover, it positively influences emotional and mental spectra, as statistically, individuals living near equator feel far more happiness and life fulfillment than those who live in huge distances from it. Nevertheless, hot areas are forbidden for elderly who may have cardiac system diseases.
On the other hand, cool weather is perfect for those who have severe chronical health issues, including respiratory, cardiac, and others. Take, for instance, a person who has serious allergic reaction to pollen and dust. Since there is not much plants at north areas, that person could avoid terrible allergic consequences. Additionally, infection illnesses are extremely rare case comparing to hot locations. Thus, a possibility of getting one gets extremely low.
In conclusion, hot climates indeed are beneficial for mental conditions and cooperate with immune system. However, cold climate is suitable for more of individuals who may suffer from various chronic cold diseases.
