In contemporary society, the leisure time is have important and very necssary to people, we can do anything and relaxion your brain. Some people prefer solitary leisure activities, such as reading or painting, while others enjoy socializing during their free time. In my opinion, I prefer socitary leisure activities. I will write about the advantages and disadvantages to this my idea.
Fristly, help you relaxion. Being with people requires some effort on your part. During communication, you have to make sure that the other person is comfortable and happy. But when you are alone, you won’t have to pay attention to this, your mind is competely relaxed, thanks to that, you will recharge enough energy to be ready to face the busy world out there. Secondly, have a chance to reflect. Sometimes, life is so busy that you hardly have time to think about where you really want to go or what you do. Therefore, sometimes you should take a break from relationships and focus on yourself, Last but not least, improve working effciency. When you are in a crowded place, you are easily distracted and disturbed. Working alone will actually increase your porductivity because there’s nothing around to distranct you.
Besides those benefits, there will be nagatives. Fristly, living alone increases the risk of dementia. Living alone or withdrawing, not communicating or connecting with people around you can lead to neurological and mental consequences, especially memory loss. Seconly, affects psychology. The feeling of loneliness is like when it is cold outside but you choose to take a cold shower, it can make you feel shivery, numb and achy. Loneliness only really exsits when you are feeling extremely diffcult. Last but not least, easy to abuse stimulants. Some people who hsve been lonely for too long like to turn to stimulants to relieve their mood, such as alcohol, cigarettes or even addictive substances.
In conclusion, being alone will have will have its good and bad sides. I hope you always consider it and always have time to spend with your loved ones.
