Nowadays, the debate around the AI dominate humanity in the near future is often in the spotlight. Some people, first at all, tech enthusiasts, agreed that it’s a real scenario. However, big part of our society doesn’t consider that artificial intelligence is capable of this. In my essay, I will show what extend I disagree the idea the new technologies dominate humanity.
On the one hand, machine learning is everywhere: in education, medicine, war production, and agriculture. For example, doctors would prefer this computer tool in their job for making a diagnosis. This saves time on patient treatment. Furthermore, the solders use drones and rockets are able to independently detect and engage a target. This weapon penetrate air defenses and are therefore considered particularly effective. To my mind, it is true that artificial intelligence can perform increasingly complex tasks, however, we cannot say that it is enclave us. Fortunately, it would not to create new effectieve algorithms and depend on tech enthusiast’s ideas.
On the other hand, according to the media, tech civilization won’t preoccupy us bacause, Governments on time recognized the risks and limited AI everywhere. For example, every month, a law restricting the use of chats, and algorithms appears in one country or another. Moreover, laws regarding the use of AI – and penalties for using codes and chats as an instrument of violence – have been enacted in many countries.
Sum up, I totally disagree that AI will dominate humanity in the future because, firstly, even excellent code will lose to us in creativity. In addition, the officials understand the threat and are ensuring our safety.
