In this modern generation, significant individuals hold a point that companies successful by the help of better teamwork, while some people discuss that a good leadership is more important to grow a company. In my opinion these both views have merits and benefit.
Companies started to grow and successfully by the help of good teamwork because in team we have several educated and knowledgeable persons who suggest good ideas and their point of view to grow the company, meanwhile from the discussion of all the people, it is easy to choose what is right and what is wrong but if we do teamwork, we have to give dividend to all the person in same amount which is something unsatisfied.
Some people argue that a good leadership is more important to rise a company at its peak and makes the company successfully which is a good point of view because a good educated leader can run the company smoothly and makes the company which gives a lot of profit and a leader can also hire the manager who manage all the things about company and HR manager who hire a good and knowledgeable HR and many workers who is satisfied with its work however all these things are enough to run the company smoothly and make them successful by the help of good leadership.
In conclusion, a good teamwork helps to rise the company by the help of good educated and knowledgeable people and team by their point of view and idea they suggest things to do, while a good leadership grows the company more rapidly by hiring better HR manager and company manager.
