Technology has changed the world in many ways for several years now. A growing number of people believe that technology, including computers, made life much easier and convenient, while others think that they have a significant role in becoming more complex and stressful conditions of life. From my perspective, it has more positive points of using of computers than that of negatives in that it tends to be beneficial way in workplaces and on a daily life.
On the one hand, the digital world has made life more connected but also more overwhelming and the most obvious reason for this that computers contribute to stressful life to be more stressful and more complicated. In other words, using computers gives rise to mental and physical health conditions, such as eye strain, back pain and mental fatigues. Computers – utilizing in workplaces – require more time to do tasks, projects and also write documents. Workers and even ordinary people often face computer addiction in that they spend excessive time, leading to a lack of sleep hygiene, anxiety, face-to-face interactions. Furthermore, today’s computers are owner of the personal details of users so that every thing in life has becoming more digital steeply. Therefore, all users may have concers on fear of data leaks or cyberattacts, causing an increase of stress of managing personal and professional life. All in all, computers have a bad impact on personal development and work balance.
On the other hand, it offers more benefits, such as its convinence and productivity,making life much easier and more convenient on a daily life. The main benefit of them is that computers help complete tasks faster and more accurately, especially in workplaces and educational institutions. What’s more emails, project management tools and instant messaging save time in workplaces. Repetitive tasks can be handled by software, saving time and reducing human error. These positive points encourage people using more from technologies, which increases productivity and efficiency in workplaces, give a chance to earn high salary. By using computers, human interact easily with familiies from a distance, even from remote foreign countries. Moreover, it has a big opportunity to access information easily and faster and also they give more accurate and new phenomenons, which occuriing around the world.
In conclusion, although there are some drawbacks such as it’s a lack of privacy and safety, causing health issues, computers gives more positive points, including its easiness and convineanc, and with more information. Using from technologies have a significant role in becoming uncomplicated of life.
