Many believe that the governments have the responsibility to educate its each citizen for free, while others do not think so. In my opinion, authorities should spend more funds to improve other incontrovertible domains instead of paying them for university and school fees; however, this essay will explore both aspects of this discussion.
On the one hand, free education for everyone in the government can be beneficial to enhance overall development of the country. This is because in countries where the rate of qualified people is high, other domains also enhance. For example, in the US, most fields are very developed because the vast majority of its citizens are well-qualified. Additionally, many talented people who can create the best inventions to improve many fields do not study in the universities, as their less funded social background.
On the other hand, officials should initially allocate more money to improve other urgent domains. Healthcare and external security are the most important among all of them. Recent research has shown that almost half a million people die out per year around the world because of a lack of medical instruments to cure these people in many healthcare centers. Moreover, nowadays, we do not live in a peace world, and the risk of the world wars is increasing, which can threat to the peace of residents and improvement of other domains. This is the reason why the governments should allocate more money to improve public health services and their militaries in spite of spending it to educate more people.
In conclusion, although free education for all people can play a crucial role in the country’s development, it seems to me that there are more important fields to spend funds.
