Nowadays, people face more challenges in their lives because they want their children to receive a good education and achieve their goals. The competition in education is increasing day by day, particularly for admission to top universities. I strongly agree with this view.
Currently, many companies prioritize hiring individuals with practical skills. Unfortunately, there is a lack of skilled graduates due to inadequate skill development in tertiary education. Consequently, students struggle to attain their goals. First, universities often lack necessary equipment due to limited financial resources. Moreover, some universities overly emphasize theory-based learning and examinations. Second, many students lack interest in acquiring practical skills, focusing solely on passing exams. Some students turn to specialized centers to learn relevant software utilized in the industry. Lastly, numerous universities lack expertise in practical training methods. As a result, how can they effectively educate students? Universities should employ skilled teachers who can impart knowledge in a more practical manner. For example, despite the presence of equipment at my university, the teachers’ lack of familiarity with it hinders the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
In conclusion, education needs to evolve in various aspects, including embracing eco-friendly practices and obtaining more financial resources. By investing in advanced equipment, universities can better equip students with practical skills essential for their future endeavors.
