Some people state that the most effective and convenient way to learn is virtual learning while others believe the traditional way of learning: face to face at school is better and more effective. In this essay, I would like to discuss both views and share my ideas.
On one hand, it is easier for people to access online learning. In other words, due to the widespreads of the Internet era, people can learn anywhere and at any time they want. Unlike the traditional school where most of the schedules are fixed, people will have various choices to consider and to choose an online course that fits their times, also their needs and their budget. Moreover, virtual education encourages people to approach knowledge actively. For instance, when you learn on the Internet, you have to analyse and collect the data carefully to ensure its accuracy. And through this process, you can remember better than just listening to the tutors.
On the other hand, traditional learning also shows its own benefits. First of all, learning face to face at a real school can put students into a discipline and help them to concentrate better on the lectures. As offline learning allows teachers to observe and admonish their students directly to make sure they are on track with the lectures, students can also create a concentrating habit when they attend the class.. Moreover, allow students and teachers to communicate easier so that they can solve any problems that occur in the learning process.
Personally, I believe both education strategies should be approached parallelly. While online education provides learners with more learning choices and encourages them to receive knowledge in an active manner, offline education can help to create good discipline and learning habits for them to endure the long term learning process and achieve their goals.
