In the world which is filled with technological advancements it is getting harder to keep distance from the technology. Many parents desire to control their children and want to contribute to their life. Numerous of them think that staying at home and playing computer games are detrimental to children’s lives and try to explain the beneficial outdoor activities that they are magnificent to their work/life balance. I am fully agree with this opinion because by spending time in out is helpful for health and mental well-being.
First and foremost, when children spend a lot of time by doing outdoor pastimes, they improve their immune system which is very significant to their life. When they run or jump their heart increase the blood producing and it helps to children to do these activities more and more, and simultaneously, their all organs start to work faster, this aids to being fit and physically healthy. For example, many doctors announce that when a child runs every day and spends many times in outdoor activities, he rarely gets sick. Thus, if parents want to have healthy children, they should allow to their children to go out.
Secondly, there is a huge difference on mental health between the children who spend a lot of time at home and the lads who regularly be in out. When they spare time in outdoor activities their brain releases more feel-good chemicals called endorphin which help to boost their happiness levels and act as a natural painkiller. For instance, 5 years ago, our country’s scientists made a test which could define the work-pace of brain among children, it was clear that the children who often played computer games had remarkably low results while their outdoor counterparts were the leaders on utilizing their brain. So that, spending in out not only helpful for our health but for our brains too.
In conclusion, i am wholeheartedly agree with the parents who want to restrict their children’s’ home times and sending them to beneficial outdoor activities. I am planning that when I marry, I will send my children to participate in this kind of activities rather than allowing them to play computer games.
