Band 5+: Some people say that the public funds should be spent on promoting healthy living than on the treatment of who are ill. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In recent times, health issues are the most prioritized subject around the world and also considered as the most potential sector to invest with proper revenue. It is often argued that, government accounts needed to invest on arising health conciousness rather than the curing of sick patients. I believe that some funds should be reserved for the treatment for some diseases that not dependent on lifestyles.

In globalized world, people can see everything related their interests and whatever they wants to see. For instance, large food producers deliver lukrative advertisements to attract consumers by hiding their deleterious ingrediants, which can causes serious impact on our metabolic systems. Despite those processed foods cost more than any type of healthy foods. As suppose, factory manufactured chips, chocolates and other packet foods contain high conservatives, cholestorel and fats with excessive costs rather homemade foods with nothing of these. In these circumstances, the most of us get tempted by their promotions and breaks our healthy living.

To some extent, our living attitudes are responsible for some diseases, those diseases are highly accountable to the people who are continously accept healthy lifestyles. Currently, people tended to work till midnight, went to bed and eat lately instead of eat early and sleep early; which is a trend with lots of health benefits. While people are not taking proper exercises to keep their health and mind to a certian level fitness, then they have to struggle with thousands of diseases and disfunctioning their body systems. However, it is obvious that keeping fit is less costly compare to live unhealthy, so, the government can spend money to raise awareness by Tv commercials and social boostings, that required slighter amount than the amount to be reserved for treatment purposes.

It is obvious that some disease are not lifestyle dependent as cancer and some of them are fatal developed with person’s neglegencies. Consequently, the expendeture should be balanced in terms of their urgencies.
