There seems to be a circumstance on whether visiting overseas is compulsory to widen international culture and insights instead of watching TV sets and cyber platforms. Visiting international countries in person will improve soft skills and networks although relying on mass media might save time and cost. Now, I will mull both aspects over initially in prior to putting my cards on the table as a conclusion.
As far as watching mass media for information and knowledge about foreign countries is discussed initially, some people insist that TV channels and cyber platforms particularly Facebook, Instagram or Viber may save budget to spend on tickets and hotels as well as time. Albeit, finding information via educational and entertainment means of TV content or access to internet resources do not provide as reliable or complete information as visiting in person even though an array of overseas channels or online resources are aired in my country. That is all I could suggest before putting forward my own notion.
When it comes to traveling abroad for tangible information, interacting with locals and practicing speaking in local language are likely to obtain soft skills and extend networks instead of spending time on TV channels and internet sources. To cite the status-quo in Mongolia as an example, they always choose to travel to Asian and European countries in order to brush up on their overseas language and mingle with locals or traditions. As a result, the majority of our offspring are able to speak different languages. That is worth traveling in person around the world so as to get knowledge about other countries.
Once and for all, I would evidently deduce that roaming different places turns a new leaf on multinational information due to the fact that watching TV and the internet never guarantees accuracy levels of insights.
