There are many arguments among people, some say that the government needs to spend the tax amount on health care, while others say that there are much essential needs to be fulfilled. To make the developed country, government needs to balance both health care and other needs.
On the one hand, development of the country mainly depends on the availability of health care centers to the people. This means, developing countries need to have facility such as health care available to all citizens. For this system, government uses the taxable amount to build and operate the facility. Medical care is one of the costliest expense for the country, so it must use the part of the tax amount for development in this sector. Moreover, it very burden and difficult to manage in higly populated countries like India and China. For instance, in India the population is more than 1.3 billion, as a result the government need to establish as many hospitales and look into the availability of beds and medical equipments. As a result, this leads to cost effective processes.
On the other hand, Although health care are important, there are many sectors that government need to develop using taxpayers’ money. Apart from the health care, education is also important, government has to setup schools and provide free education for needy children. Similarly, the transport and roads, government has to provide public transport with minimal pay from passengers and it also need to construct roads. Moreover, the infrastructure, it also required high amount to develop in the countries. To make this available to the people, government make use of tax amount.
In my opinion, even though it is necessary to have other facilities, government have to put one step forward in health care field, because it is one of the most important for development of the country.
