The community think that all lawbreakers shoult be sent to prison. Meanwhile the others believe that not all lawbreaker shoud end in prison, especially for those whose crimes are considered insignificant crimes. We will explain both these views in the next paragraphs.
The first opinion is the all lawbreaker should be imprisoned as a punishment for their mistake, no matter the level of crime. This is because that criminal has already violate the law and make both physical dan non physical harm for other people. For example, people who break a house and stole some of valuable things from the victim needed to be punished. It is because the loss of the victim cannot be replaced by any means, except the hard punishment for the miscreant that is sending them to prison.
In the other hand, the second idea had more consideration for lawbreaker based on their level of crimes. The minor level of crime shoud not be sent to prison because of their weakness of mental ability. For example, the children who had no intention to harm the others, but still break the law and make people suffers. As a result, they need to be punished by do work for the local community to make them learn about how to be beneficial in society.
Overall, it can be concluded that the opinions has different of views. In the end, the government need to take action by looking the pros and cons of the level of punishment and considering both victim and criminal views.
