It is undeniable that some individuals have been opining on the unnecessary role of nutritious diets and workouts in health and age-extending. I strongly disagree with this statement based on some major reasons that are explained in this essay.
There are two main reasons why both a balanced diet and routine workout seem to be the most significant factors for a healthy lifestyle and extending human lifespan. Initially, a nourishing meal with the right proportion of nutrients, including green vegetables, fruit, whole grains and low-fat dairy products, provide essential ingredients and antioxidants for fundamental human mechanisms. For example, natural protein from nuts, seeds, and meat are indispensable resources in physical development, repair and growth of muscle contributing to strengthening immune systems as well as delaying aging.
Apart from the practical benefits expressed above, I believe that maintaining a daily workout habit facilitates well-being and life extension. Spending thirty minutes to one hour per day to practice regular exercises at home or a fitness center has been approved by medicinal organizations, as a mental and physical therapy. High-intensity exercises, such as pushups and planks play pivotal roles in the improvement of human endurance and significantly increase muscle density, while swallowing and breathing exercises help human bodies to relieve stress through heart rate regulation and releasing dopamine.
In conclusion, I fully disagree with the opinion that a healthy and extended lifespan does not require the roles of both balanced diet and workout. Their advantages are of paramount importance in comprehensive health development and age-defying ability.
