A wide range of reasons are associoted with why people take a company give hige amount of salary by people interested working in company people will be success and achived a good future. Another reasons is that people work a company, it’s give a some facility then people interested in work in company,for example, company manager satisfied then manager give some gift and hige salary. on the other hand people choosing a diffrient type company job like company manager becouse it’s large amount of money can be earned,then belong a successful life.

Despite,the argument about working skils and feeling is most inportent, firstly if anyone makes for a good working skils,he can easily work any company or make a owncompany,without work experience and skils do not satisfied with jobs.secondly, people have to diffrent typ of working some work depend on whather or environment feelings, for instance, any one work industry this industry manager or staff do not friendly behovier, when this industry manager good behovier and stong ralishonship whit staff then company or any industry easily increase, this industry environment ond work experience is a most importent
