In our society, the opinion about which is better between teaching children to do competition and doing collaboration has not found a conclusion. Each of them has the best side that can lead children to the best way to become successful when they become adults.
Children who are taught to be active from one competition to another maybe can have a more competitive feeling when they are met with other children. They can develop a sense of responsibility and they usually just want to be the best or be the number one. When they become adults, they are suitable to be a leader in their working area or if they have a company, because they used to compete with other people when they were children and then they can compete with other companies when they become adults. They can be a sample for their employees to be responsible humans when working.
And on the other hand, the children who usually collaborate with other children can develop a sense of respect for the other, they are used to working together with another and can communicate well with their friends. If they become old people and work in a company, they can use their behavior in their workplace to collaborate with other employees. Communication skills and working together skills can be so important when doing jobs.
In conclusion, whatever they are good at between cooperative and competition, it does not decide if they can be successful when they become adults or not. It depends how hard they can work to pursue their goals.
