There is a belief that advocates free work of teenagers to help the society. Believers claim by making teenagers help the community, both parties would take advantages. I opine that by working for free teenagers would lose their dignity and valuable time, so I completely disagree with the free work of teenagers idea.
On the one hand, teenagers are active, creative, and they are strong physically, so they could they are able to handle community problems easily. Difficulties that moden societies face, need considerable amount of measures to be tackled, by rising life exceptancy and thus the average age, more workforce is vital to keep the society running. Unpaid powerfull and innovative youngsters are indeed best source to solve this problem. Also, working could have positive impacts on teenagers too. Learning rate could be altered in the process of working. Some issues need to be tought practically. For instance, no one could learn riding bycycle by just theorical way, this need to be learnt by doing. Newbies need work experiences and teenagers who never been at a serious situation, expect more calm atmospheres like school, should wittness the real harsh environment of work place.
On the other hand, working without earning could endanger the soul of teenagers. People tend to use to what they do so many times. For example, there are stories of slaves, who where adopt to work free of any kind of remuneration, that where not ready live as free individuals even after ban of slavatory. Consequantly, innate value of teenagers should be respected, they should get that their time, skills, and contribution to others is expensive so they will unconsciously learn to love themselves and the community which repute them. I also have to mention that years before entering the society as a responsible adult are unrepeatable time to enjoy being a human without any essential worries. In those years teenagers are provided with their basic needs so they could compfortably spends time with their family, friends learning skills such as playing a musical instrument, or obtaing social skills. Letting these times to be spent on working for free may cause in an irrecoverable loss of prescious era of life.
In conclusion, considering all positive and negative aspects, working for free is not suggessted by me. Everyone should be paid for working and years of studying in school happen only once in a lifetime. Regret is the most simple word to describe feelings of some one who have not used those years to be happy enough.
