Currently, most individuals think that local provision of pieces of equipment to physical recreations and society should be made by lorg corporations. From my perspective, I agree with this statement owing to developing dependencies on healthy staff and remaining loyal to the company.
There are several reasons for the question of why large companies should not provide social appliances. The main reasons for this matter are that sports facilities are too expensive for all businesses and they do not have enough money reserves; therefore, they cannnot focus on advertising things. Another reason is that it would be better for companies to spend more money on other aspects of work, such as salary increases, bonuses,bonuses and extra time off.
However, I agree with the viewpoint that the huge companies should saprate money for additional things for society. There are several reasons for that. First, healthy staff means increased productivity. This means that companies should focus on keeping their staff healthy because from that they can develop their own businesses. Secondly, it provides incentives for staff to remain loyal to the company.
In conclusion, large corporations should focus on society. I completely agree with viewpiont, as staff health improves prudictivity and it remains loyal to the company.
