In contemporary world, some individuals assume that CEOs and executives must earn higher wage than other normal staffs. From my personal perspective, I completely agree with this view because of several reasonable factors such as stress and management difficulties of being CEOs.
To commence, one of the main factors why bosses or executives should gain more salary is because of long period of stressful work with a computer or paper. Managers often work with paper or a computer under a deep and solo stress because of managing all the things and information by computers or paper with brain. Managers or chief executives should count everything and consider all things used in the case of making profit under stress rather than carrying heavy stuff as a basic worker. As a result, working long time with stocks of paper or data make any people feel depressed.
To continue, bosses and CEOs should get more sums than others due to management difficulties. Sometimes, there are some difficulties in the case of management because being one requires experience and perfectionism. That is why not every person can be accepted for a job but not being suitable for higher level. Chief executives also have to look after basic workers to teach unrecognizable problems or to take control of them. As it means bosses and managers not just give away nerves but also they supply productivity and efficiency.
To sum up, I absolutely agree with this view because of aforementioned factors and I suggest CEOs have rights to get higher salaries equally to those lost nerves.
