In this fast-paced era, the world is changing rapidly day by day. Environmental problems becoming common issue and it is said that instead of government, people and companies should be responsible for addressing pollution. I partly agree with this view and explain it in coming paragraphs.
Global changes are major problem for world, especially pollutions. Most factories and manufactures play a crucial role in this. To be more precisely, they are releasing more and more harmful gases and chemicals into the air and water in the process of manufacturing and producing items. For instance, recent statistics revealed that nearly 71% of gas emissions released in 2010. Since companies making money from their business, they should be responsible for their damage to the environment and pay for those damages. This can lead to companies think more carefully and encourage them to be more environmentally-friendly. Furthermore, individuals are also responsible by their daily activities like driving a car, using excessive energy at home and generating waste. If they pay for their damage to planet, they can realise their impacts and take care more of environment.
Although companies and individuals are more to blame for pollution concerns.Without government, these issues could not be tackled. Precisely, government have resources and regulatory power to implement laws and regulations to tackle these kind of issues. Moreover, some problems such as water and air contamination requires government intervention.
In conclusion, while individuals and companies should be held accountable for their pollution, I think for effective results, government role is also essential.
