Nowadays, there is an opinion that states waste treatment should be paid for by orientations and individuals instead of the government. In my point of view, both institutions and government should pay for pollution solving.
On the one hand, pollution and waste are primarily produced by companies and individual households. Therefore, it is reasonable that these parties should pay for the waste they generate. Based on the amount of waste produced, companies and individuals should be charged a corresponding fee. This approach would not only help in waste management but also encourage companies to find innovative ways to reduce unused output in order to maintain financial stability.
On the other hand, the government should oversee the management of these payments. Waste treatment fees can increase the cost of goods, and smaller businesses or startups may struggle to afford high taxes, which could negatively impact the economy. To address these concerns, the government should implement a fair environmental tax and offer debt relief programs for smaller businesses.
In conclusion, while companies and individuals should bear the responsibility for paying to clean up the pollution they create, the government should play a key role in regulating and managing this process to ensure fairness and economic stability.
