Furthermore, pollution may negatively impact on public health and also resources including drinking water, air quality. In such emergencies, governments should assume this accountability regardless of who caused the contamination to mitigate the problem.
On the other hand, although some individuals and private organizations cannot afford the fund for cleaning products, they are able to be concerned about environment with alternatives. For this polluters will be motivated to develop cost-effective and environmentally- friendly clean-up products.
