The education is the best necessary factor in the contemporary world. Regarding to the fact that we are living in the modern world, the most people make an effort to determine new profitable approaches to find job and experience issues. Consequently, a considerable number of people firmly state that graduating from university is the best road to find for a good work. The other majority of people belive that and claim that experience and soft skills are more significant. Personally ,I hold the view that completing university education is the best way to get a good job. The following essay takes a look at both sides of the argument. I will support this view with arguments in the following paragraphs.
Firstly, experience and soft skills are more important according to other people. When accepting for jobs, human resurs look at people’s experience and soft skills. Just as a high education is important, so are experience and soft skills. Experience is the knowledge and skills people learn in their workplace. Soft skills are the ability to manage and lead, the ability to manipulate, the ability to make the right strategy, etc
Secondly, I can emphasize that university education is very important for the development of modern society. Some people think that a university education is the key to getting a good job. I agree with this opinion. It is easy for people with a degree to find a job. People become professionals in universities. For example, they have the professions of teachers, doctors, engineers, economists, accountants, agronomists, etc.
In conclusion, I say that a diploma is necessary for a good job.
