There is an ongoing debate regarding, with some people claiming that current global environmental problems can only be tackled by individuals, and with some claims that individuals can deal with these global problems. In my perspective, problems that are connected with global issues of nature should be solved by the government since they can solve this problem with policies and with motivating society .
On the one hand, people could tackle nature problems without helping the government since some researchers claim that many problems such as air pollution happen due to the fact that individuals are wasting destinations for pleasure and many places with debris. For instance, people, who live in the megalopolises, went on holiday to the mountains and beaches often dump waste illegally, hence in the big cities climate changes and air pollution happen. To solve this problem society just should stop doing illegal dumping.
On the other hand, only the government can deal with the problems which are connected with global issues such as environmental problems, for they have power over the society who do not want to take responses for their actions. For example, of note if people could have done some work, they would do it, yet at present there are many problems (climate changes, air pollution, and water pollution) which are not tackled. So, only the government can deal with global environmental problems by implementing policies and incentivising people to pay attention to our nature so that society has to obey and protect nature.
In conclusion, people could tackle air pollution in sprawling cities by doing volunteer work and preventing illegal dumping. However from my point of view the current global issues can be solved by only the government, for instance by incentivising people and implementing policies to protect our nature.
