There are different thoughts about dress code in the workplace.While some of them believe it is necessary to have a dress code at work, I believe a dress code is not important as they say.

One of the reasons why I agree with this opinion, clothes do not measure the quality of work. Some people can wear informal clothes to the job, but the work they do can be incredible. As the people said, do not judge the book by its cover.

The other reason why I think that wearing comfortable clothes, depends the job that what you do for a living. If your job is based on the computer, like computer engineering, software development and similar with those, you may want comfortable clothes and cozy places. Because you work for hours with the computer and working with formal clothes may be not pleasant for you. You want warm places while you are working on these jobs. Also, wearing informal clothes to work can save your time. It will not take your a lot of time to get ready.

The other reason is that there can be problems if there is a dress code. Imagine that you forgot your laundry day and your clothes based on the dress code are not ready or you can stain your cloth with juice. What are you going to do? Without a dress code you will not have such problems in your life.

In conclusion, without a dress code people can have less problems in their workplace.
