While some individual believe that exam are the best effective way to assess student , while others think that continuous is more effective. In this essay , I will discuss both statements and give my own opinion.
Those who believe that exam are an effective way to assess student , forgot that exams are stressful. This is because exams contain a big count of question from different topics and it is very hard to understand . For example , before exam student need to repeat a big amount of topics in a few count of time. In contrast , if student does not need to repeat all information in few time , their will be more free and can repeat only need information or can relax after a term.
But those who think that continuous assessment system is better , forgot that if in university or college continuous assessment system student need work all term and it is really hard. Student need to understand all topics and work all term to get a high or middle score. For example , to get a high score student need work hard all term. But if student can write only exams he can just repeat all topic or just keep in mind all topics , and relax whole of term.
In conclusion , both statements have a big drawback. In my point of view continuous assessment are the best assessment system.
