Many individuals hope to have a successful career and a fantastic family relation but they will face several obstacles. I believe that time management is one of the hardest problems. Moreover, having a demanding jobs is a common obstacle for many workers. However, there are solutions for these problems like making a schedule or working from home.
One of the main problems that obstructs having a successful career with a fantastic family is time management; many people can not handle their time because they have a full-time job. In addition, working in a distant company will be an obstacle because they will not have time for their families. For instance, in Egypt, many men aim to be unique in their work and give time for thier children, but having a demanding job always be a problem for them.
There are several ways to overcome these problems. Firstly, people should learn time management skills; to illustrate, handling their time and making a schedule will have a beneficial effect on them and will help them find time for their family. Another solution is working from home; if a worker changes his job and works from home, this will help him to be between his family. For example, nowadays many workers tend to have two days off per week to be with their children and it is a good solution. On the other hand, several people tend to work from home and do not go to the company area.
In conclusion, while demanding careers and long commutes create significant challenges for family life, individuals can successfully balance both by mastering time management and taking advantage of flexible, remote work opportunities.
